Upload your documents
If you need to submit foreign documents to authorities or courts, you usually need a certified translation. A certified translation is also needed in other cases in which the exact rendering of the original content is important. With an attestation statement, a stamp and a signature, the translator confirms that he or she has accurately and fully translated the document and that its contents correspond to the original without adulteration.
The requirements for a certified translation can vary depending on the authority, state or country. Therefore, you should enquire in advance about what exactly you need. An example of this is the question of whether the certified translation will be produced from the original, a copy or a certified copy, as this will be specified in the attestation statement.
Administrative bodies often demand an apostil or legalisation as proof that a sworn translator from the relevant country produced the translation. Sometimes only certain translators registered with the consulate may translate a document. We are happy to help and advise you in these special cases.
Take a photograph or scan your document for the certified translation and then simply upload it! Of course you can also send us your documents via email, fax or post.
A certified translation must bear the original signature and stamp of the translator. We therefore send your certified translation by post. It cannot be picked up in person. If desired, we can you send you a scan via email in advance, however the scan itself is usually insufficient for submission to an authority – again, enquire in advance with the relevant body.
We regularly provide certified translations of legal claims, judgements, court orders and other documents in Dutch, Polish and Italian for a German court. The expertise of our sworn legal translators, who punctually deliver consistently reliable translations, ensure that we are a valuable partner for short notice as well as less urgent translation requirements for our contacts in the courts.
